Thanks for the giveaway. Is your move to China permanent? What made you decide to do cookbooks, along with historical fiction? Do you publish “old” recipes?

    • We originally came to China with a plan to stay two years, but now we have to plans to return to the States other than for vacation. The cookbooks, that’s kind of a long story, hahaha. But I love dumplings, so my cookbooks are very narrow in scope right now. I don’t have any “old” recipes right now other than a few some-what traditional dumpling recipes in the books.

  • Thank you so much for this opportunity! Must be exciting living in China.

  • Thank you for hosting!
